Terms of Service

Each order you place is a legally enforceable contract. If you fail to cancel an order prior to order period closing, you are still obligated to pay for the items you order.

We will inspect and pack all orders prior to distribution. In the event that product gets damaged during packing, we will provide a store credit to or replacement to the customer, provided that the customer reports the damage.

Our goal is to provide the highest quality produce, and we require our producers to provide market-grade products. Understand that small farmers produce a variety of fruits and vegetables that may look "different" than mass produced produce found in grocery stores. 

Returning Reusable Totes. Currently we do not require a deposit on reusable totes, but we rely on customers to place totes outside for pickup upon delivery of their next order.
